How do I delete my account and all my data?

In the app: Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. Or email privacy@hunuuhealth.com. Deletion is immediate and complete — no recovery window, no soft-delete. Aggregated anonymized analytics may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

My HIP Score seems wrong. Why?

The HIP Score is computed relative to your personal baseline, which takes about 14 days of biomarker history to stabilize. If you recently signed up or connected a new device, the score will adjust as more data comes in. If it still seems off after two weeks, email support@hunuuhealth.com with your account email and we'll investigate.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Open the Hunuu app → Profile tab → Connected Services → Apple Health → Connect. You'll see the iOS permission screen listing every data type we'd like to read. You can allow all or pick individual ones. We only request read permissions; we don't write data into HealthKit.

How do I connect my Whoop, Oura, or Garmin?

Profile tab → Connected Services → select your device. You'll go through each vendor's OAuth flow. For Whoop and Oura, you log into their account directly on their site — Hunuu never sees your password. Disconnect anytime from the same screen.

What's the Founders Club?

A one-time $25 payment for lifetime access to the full Hunuu HIP platform — no subscription, no renewal. Available through May 1, 2026, after which new users pay $9.99/month. The offer closes with no grandfather clause for anyone who signs up after May 1. Join here.

How accurate is the 30-day prediction?

Our LSTM (neural network) model achieves 94.2% accuracy on an internal benchmark of held-out biomarker trajectories. That means if the model predicts an anomaly, it's right about 94 times out of 100. However, accuracy varies by biomarker — HRV and sleep prediction are highest; metabolic markers are lower because they depend on dietary patterns we don't track directly.

Is Hunuu a medical device or substitute for a doctor?

No. Hunuu is a consumer health intelligence platform. We provide data, insights, and context to help you understand your body. We don't diagnose conditions or recommend specific treatments. If you have a health concern, consult a licensed medical provider. Hunuu's SIQ engine can help you find TWAT-certified ones nearby.

Can my doctor or hospital connect to Hunuu?

Yes, on our Enterprise tier ($999/month) we provide SMART-on-FHIR integration with Epic and Oracle Health (Cerner). Your provider's IT team signs up at enterprise@hunuuhealth.com, Hunuu walks them through Epic App Orchard registration, and connection takes 15 minutes. See our FHIR technical spec.

What happens to my genomic data?

When you upload a 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or VCF file, we parse it in memory and immediately discard the raw file. Only the inference results (pharmacogenomic guidance, disease risk scores, trait analysis) are stored. You can delete everything with one tap. We comply with the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) — your genomic data is never shared with insurers, employers, or marketers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Founders Club members have lifetime access — nothing to cancel. Monthly subscribers can cancel in the app (Profile → Billing) or directly in the Stripe billing portal. You retain access through the end of your billing period.

I found a bug. What do I do?

Send a clear description + screenshot + your device model and iOS version to bugs@hunuuhealth.com. Critical bugs (app crash, data loss, security) get same-day attention. Cosmetic bugs get rolled into the next release.
