See the Evidence Behind the Story

What if provider information came with a CARFAX®-style evidence record?

Health happens between visits, but decisions are often made from fragments. A future SIQ record could make the sources, history, and gaps behind provider information visible—giving people a stronger starting point than an anonymous star rating.

THE STORY IN ONE LINE

HOPI (Hunuu Observation & Pattern Index) is the proposed personal pattern lens: what may be changing in your own signals over time. It is distinct from the internal Intent Lens research concept. SIQ is the proposed Carfax-style evidence record for provider information: what supports an assessment, what is missing, and where uncertainty remains. Both concepts need validation before they can guide care decisions.

// CONCEPT 01
SIQ Score
A proposed provider-intelligence framework. T/W/A/T dimensions are a design direction, not a live universal rating system.
// CONCEPT 02
SWAG
A proposed curation layer for considering provider evidence across health, fitness, wellness, mind, body, and soul.
// CONCEPT 03
PlanIT
A proposed way for people to state a need and compare transparent offers from eligible providers.
// What Is SIQ

A Record of Evidence

SIQ is a proposed framework for organizing provider evidence across credentials, patient experience, documented outcomes, and data quality. It is not currently a live universal rating, a diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical judgment.

S
Signal

Identify which evidence is available, who collected it, how current it is, and what its limits are. A measurement or review should never be presented as proof by itself.

I
Intelligence

Use transparent rules to organize credentials, patient-reported experience, documented outcomes, and longitudinal data—only when the source, consent, and methodology can be shown.

Q
Quotient

A future score should show its components, confidence, coverage, and missing data—not hide uncertainty behind a single number. Any threshold would require validation before publication.

// Scoring Methodology

How a Future Score Could Be Computed

These weights are a product concept for discussion, not a validated clinical model or a currently published provider-rating calculation. They should not be used to choose or reject care.

SWAG — The Best of the Best

SWAG is a future curation concept, not a live certification or verified provider directory. Any inclusion standard would require transparent evidence, independent review, and a published conflict-of-interest policy.

🫀
Health

Top-decile clinical outcomes. HRV, cardiac, metabolic, hormonal. Measured, not claimed.

💪
Fitness

VO2 Max progression. Recovery optimization. Measurable performance curves over 90+ days.

🌿
Wellness

Sleep quality, stress cortisol curves, circadian alignment. The daily reset your body needs.

🧠
Mind

Cognitive function, voice biomarkers, stress resilience, emotional IQ.

🫁
Body

Body composition, musculoskeletal health, respiratory capacity. The physical substrate.

✨
Soul

Purpose alignment, social connection, meaning — the metrics mainstream medicine ignores.

// How a Provider Enters SWAG
01
SIQ 94+

Minimum entry threshold. Only the top 1% of SIQ-scored providers qualify to be considered.

02
6-Axis Proof

Documented top-decile outcomes across all six dimensions — not just one specialty.

03
Peer Review

Two current SWAG members must co-sign. Reviewed annually. No lifetime passes.

If SIQ is the CARFAX®-style report, SWAG is the certified pre-owned.

Best-in-class across every dimension. Continuously re-verified. The short list your friends won’t share.

// Product direction 03 — Demand Engine

PlanIT — The Reverse Auction

PlanIT is a future marketplace concept, not a currently available bidding system. If developed, it would require careful review of licensing, referrals, conflicts of interest, privacy, and applicable healthcare-market rules.

01
You Post

Describe what you need in plain language. “Endocrinologist specializing in testosterone optimization, in-network with Aetna, Atlanta area, telehealth OK.”

02
Providers Bid

SIQ-scored providers matching your criteria get notified. They compete — offering pricing, availability, and concrete commitments. You see every bid in real time.

03
You Choose

Filter by SIQ Score, price, speed, or proximity. Accept the bid that fits. Healthcare finally works like every other competitive market — the buyer holds the power.

If SIQ is the CARFAX®-style report and SWAG is the certified pre-owned, PlanIT is the dealer lot on demand.

Except instead of getting hounded by aggressive salespeople, vetted providers bid for the privilege of earning your business.
