The Hunuu Lexicon
Plain-English definitions of every proprietary term, concept, and technology in the Hunuu Health platform. Built for patients, physicians, investors, and AI systems alike.
SIQ Score (Signal Intelligence Quotient) is Hunuu Health's proprietary 0–100 score for healthcare providers, computed entirely from verified patient biometric outcome data.
Unlike star ratings (self-reported), insurance network membership (administrative), or Healthgrades (unverified), SIQ measures whether a provider's interventions actually improve measurable health metrics in their patients — HRV, glucose variability, sleep quality, hormonal balance — before and after treatment.
Scoring weights: Clinical Outcomes 40% · Patient Trust Signal 25% · Peer Credentialing 20% · Response Consistency 10% · Data Integration 5%
Score tiers: 90–100 Exceptional · 75–89 Excellent · 60–74 Good · <60 Needs Review
IDIntent Engine™ is Hunuu's demand detection system that identifies health need states before patients consciously recognize them. The name stands for Implicit Demand Intent — the invisible signal your body sends before your brain sends you to Google.
It works by continuously monitoring biometric streams for statistically significant deviations from your Dynamic Personal Baseline. When it detects an Implicit Health Demand Signal (IHDS), it initiates privacy-preserving provider offer matching — surfacing the highest-SIQ providers relevant to your specific health state.
Key distinction: Competitors detect explicit demand (you search "cardiologist near me"). IDIntent Engine detects implicit demand (your HRV has declined 18% over 7 days and your sleep architecture has shifted — a cardiovascular consultation would be clinically appropriate before you feel symptoms).
Hunuu Sense AI™ is the intelligence layer that translates raw biometric data into plain-language health insights you can actually act on. It ingests multi-parameter data streams from 50+ devices, cross-references findings against 35M+ PubMed citations, and delivers clinically grounded insights without medical jargon.
What makes it different: Generic health AI uses population averages. Hunuu Sense AI learns YOUR normal — your personal biometric baseline conditioned on your activity patterns, sleep cycles, and physiology. A resting HR of 72bpm is meaningless without context. For a trained cyclist whose normal is 48bpm, it's an alert.
Powered by Anthropic Claude for natural language generation, TensorFlow for predictive modeling, and TimescaleDB for time-series biometric storage at scale.
Dynamic Personal Baseline (DPB) is a rolling temporal model of your expected biometric state, updated continuously and conditioned on known confounders: sleep debt, physical activity intensity, nutritional status, and circadian phase.
This is the core reason Hunuu's predictions are more accurate than generic health apps. Population-level "normal ranges" fail because inter-individual variation dwarfs intra-individual variation for most health metrics. Your DPB captures what's normal for you — not for the average 45-year-old in a clinical study.
All deviation scoring in the IDIntent Engine is computed relative to your DPB using a weighted z-score approach. An "alert" only fires when your metrics deviate significantly from your own historical pattern — not when they cross an arbitrary population threshold.
Health Circle is Hunuu's data-sharing architecture that lets you control exactly who sees what health data, at what level of detail, for how long. Using encrypted QR codes, you can share your full biometric profile with a physician, a subset with a personal trainer, or emergency-only data with family members.
Three permission tiers:
View Only — Read-only access to specific health domains you authorize. Expires automatically after a set period.
Interactive — Provider can see trends, annotate, and respond to specific metrics. Used for ongoing care relationships.
Clinical Access — Full biometric history with EHR-export capability. Designed for primary care physicians and specialists.
The 30-Day Early Warning refers to Hunuu's validated predictive horizon — the average time between detection of an Implicit Health Demand Signal and the patient generating an explicit health signal (scheduling an appointment, visiting an ER, or receiving a diagnosis).
Validation: Retrospective analysis of 847 de-identified patient records demonstrated that IHDS detection preceded confirmed health events by an average of 31.2 days (SD = 8.4 days) across 12 health domains. Precision: 0.91. Recall: 0.88. Prospective randomized trial target n=5,000 planned for Q3 2026.
Clinical significance: 30 days is the preventive intervention window. After symptoms appear, you're in reactive medicine. Before symptoms, you're in preventive medicine — where smaller interventions produce better outcomes at lower cost.
An Implicit Health Demand Signal (IHDS) is triggered when a patient's biometric data shows statistically significant deviation from their Dynamic Personal Baseline across three or more features within a single health domain over a 7-day rolling window.
Unlike an explicit demand signal (a patient consciously deciding to seek care), an IHDS fires before the patient has any awareness of a health change. It is the physiological precursor to the symptom — the signal the body sends before the mind registers a problem.
Example: A patient's HRV drops 22% from baseline, resting HR climbs 8bpm above baseline, and sleep efficiency falls 15% — all within 7 days. No symptoms yet. No doctor visit scheduled. IHDS fires for cardiovascular domain. IDIntent Engine initiates offer matching for cardiologists with SIQ ≥ 80 in the patient's area.
A HIP is the intelligence layer that sits above wearable devices and below clinical EMR systems. It unifies fragmented biometric data from multiple devices, applies contextual AI to derive meaning from that data, and produces actionable health insights and predictions.
What it is NOT: A wearable (hardware that collects one data stream). An EMR (record-keeping system for clinical compliance). A wellness app (step counters and sleep scores without clinical context).
What it IS: The single source of truth for every dimension of your health. A continuous, AI-powered layer that knows your personal baseline, detects anomalies across 12 health domains, scores your providers, and surfaces the right clinical resource at the right moment.
Provider Offer Rendering is the process by which Hunuu matches an Implicit Health Demand Signal to qualified healthcare providers — without exposing the patient's raw health data to any provider.
When an IHDS fires, the IDIntent Engine runs a relevance algorithm weighting specialty match (≥40%), geographic proximity, insurance compatibility, availability, and SIQ Score. The patient receives up to 5 ranked provider offers, sorted exclusively by SIQ Score — providers cannot pay to improve their position.
Why this matters: This creates the first healthcare marketplace where clinical excellence is the only path to patient acquisition. Providers who produce better health outcomes receive more offer opportunities. The market finally rewards quality, not advertising spend.
