Things People Actually Ask
Real questions from real humans. Answered honestly. Sometimes with feelings.
🤔What exactly IS Hunuu Health?›
Hunuu Health is a predictive health intelligence platform that unifies data from 50+ wearable devices into one AI engine — detecting health issues 30 days before you feel a symptom. Think of it as the control tower for your body. Your Apple Watch is just one runway. We run the whole airport.
We are NOT a wearable. We are NOT an EMR. We are the intelligence layer that makes all your devices actually talk to each other and say something useful.
💸Is $25 lifetime access really a thing? That seems suspiciously cheap.›
Yes. It's real. It's $25. Forever.
Are we also asking ourselves this question at 3am? Absolutely. But here's the math: we'd rather have 10,000 Founders who paid $25 and tell everyone they know, than 100 people who paid $250 and quietly canceled. Price goes to $9.99/month on May 1st. So yes, it's cheap. On purpose. For now.
⌚Does it work with my Apple Watch / Oura / Whoop / [wearable here]?›
If your wearable collects health data, Hunuu probably integrates with it. We support 50+ devices including Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung Galaxy Watch, and medical-grade biosensors. If yours isn't listed yet, it's on the roadmap — Founders get a vote.
TL;DR: Yes, almost certainly.🏥What is SIQ Score and why does it matter more than Yelp reviews?›
SIQ (Signal Intelligence Quotient) is our provider credibility scoring engine. It rates healthcare providers on verified patient outcomes — not paid listings, anonymous reviews, or whether they're "in-network."
Yelp tells you if the waiting room had good magazines. SIQ tells you if the doctor actually made patients healthier. We use real biometric data from real patients to compute a 0–100 score weighted by: Clinical Outcomes (40%), Patient Trust Signal (25%), Peer Credentialing (20%), Response Consistency (10%), Data Integration (5%).
A score of 90+ means this provider consistently moves health metrics in the right direction. Below 60 means... maybe get a second opinion.
📊How does my data help improve SIQ scores for everyone?›
When you anonymously contribute biometric outcome data (opt-in, always), your health trajectory before and after provider interactions helps calibrate SIQ scores across the platform. This is the network effect moat — every user makes the platform smarter for every other user.
Your data is never personally identifiable in this process — it's aggregated and anonymized before contributing to SIQ models. Think of it as contributing to a clinical trial where you're both the participant and the beneficiary.
🔍Can I look up my doctor's SIQ Score right now?›
SIQ Score is live inside the Hunuu Health platform for Founders Club members. As data accumulates from our growing user base, scores for providers in your area become available and continuously updated.
For providers with insufficient data (less than 50 verified patient interactions), we show a "Data Pending" status rather than an inaccurate score. Accuracy over speed — always.
You can also view the full SIQ methodology and request a score for a specific provider via the platform.
🩺Is Hunuu going to replace my doctor?›
No. Your doctor went to school for a very long time and we respect that.
What Hunuu does is make your doctor dramatically more effective during the 20 minutes you actually see them. Instead of describing symptoms from memory, you show up with 90 days of biometric data, a clear HRV trend, and a printout your doctor can actually use. The AI predicts. The doctor decides. Both matter.
🔐Who sees my health data? Will insurance raise my rates?›
Nobody sees your data without your explicit permission. Full stop.
We are HIPAA compliant, end-to-end encrypted, and our business model is based on you paying us — not selling your data to insurers, pharma, or government. We don't sell it. We don't share it. If your insurance company tries to get your Hunuu data, the line is closed.
🧠Can Hunuu predict if I'll win my argument with my spouse?›
Technically, elevated cortisol before a conflict is a measurable biomarker and we do track cortisol.
However, predicting the outcome of domestic disagreements falls outside our current AI model. What we can tell you is whether your HRV suggests you're physiologically ready for a stressful conversation — and based on most users' data, the answer is usually "not before coffee."
🍕Will this tell me I'm out of shape?›
Hunuu will tell you things about your body that your body hasn't gotten around to telling you yet. So yes — but with more tact than your scale, and more accuracy than your doctor's annual "maybe exercise more."
Your VO2 Max trending down over 6 weeks is more actionable than "you're a bit out of shape." We give you the number. You decide what to do with it.
👨⚕️I'm a doctor. Should I be worried?›
Not if you're good at your job.
Good doctors will love having patients who arrive with comprehensive data. The SIQ Score will find great doctors and surface them. The doctors we've spoken with are excited. The ones who aren't... weren't going to have high SIQ scores anyway.
Signal Intelligence Quotient
💡What is the SIQ Score?›
The Signal Intelligence Quotient (SIQ) is Hunuu Health's verified provider credentialing score — think of it as the CarFax for your doctor. Instead of anonymous star ratings, SIQ scores are calculated from biometric-verified patient outcome data, peer credentialing, malpractice history, and longitudinal engagement patterns. It's the only provider score that measures whether care actually improved measurable health markers.
💡What does TWAT stand for?›
TWAT is the four-pillar scoring framework behind every SIQ Score: Table (clinical credibility — board certifications, NPI verification, malpractice record), Wow (innovation and outcomes — do their patients' biometrics actually improve?), Allure (patient trust and engagement — return visits, appointment adherence, long-term relationships), and Trust (reliability — response consistency, care protocol adherence, data integration depth). Each pillar is weighted and combined into the 0–100 SIQ Score.
💡How is a provider's SIQ Score calculated?›
SIQ Scores are computed from five verified dimensions: Clinical Outcomes (40%) — biometric trajectory improvement in the 90 days after a patient interaction; Patient Trust Signal (25%) — longitudinal engagement and return-visit patterns; Peer Credentialing (20%) — NPI registry, board certification, and CourtListener malpractice data; Response Consistency (10%) — care protocol adherence; and Data Integration Depth (5%) — provider adoption of biometric-informed care. A minimum of 50 verified patient interactions is required before a score is published.
💡Can providers pay to improve their SIQ Score?›
No. SIQ rank is determined entirely by verified clinical outcomes and credentialing data — not advertising spend. Providers cannot pay to boost their score or position. The only path to a higher SIQ Score is better clinical outcomes and stronger patient relationships. This is by design: when providers compete on outcomes, outcomes improve.
💡Is my personal health data used to calculate provider scores?›
Never. Provider SIQ Scores are calculated exclusively from fully anonymized, aggregated outcome data using differential privacy techniques (ε ≤ 0.1). Your individual health records are never associated with any specific provider's score in any identifiable form. You control your data at every step through Hunuu's Health Signal Sharing Preferences.
💡Where can I see SIQ Scores?›
Live SIQ Scores are available at signalintelligencequotient.com and through the SIQ portal at siq.hunuuhealth.com. Search any provider by name, specialty, or location to see their verified score and TWAT breakdown.
